The property has three types of residences.
The 'Panoramic' beachfront villa and the 'Royal' villa each with a total area of 68 sq.m. comprise a bedroom with double bed, a large living room with sea view and access to a terrace and communal pool, a kitchen with stove and tableware, and a bathroom. A TV with DVD player, satellite television and good Internet connection add to the comfort of the modern stylishly designed rooms. The smaller 'Grandroom' Villa , total area of 36 sq.m., differs only in size and in having no kitchen.
All rooms are designed in a contemporary western style. The predominant use of white creates feeling of space, clarity and harmony. The residence's open designs allows in ample natural breezes and sunlight. Numerous cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. Supermarkets and Chaweng, Samui's centre of nightlife are a 15 minute drive.
