One bedroom apartment in The Bleu complex (Chaweng)

The Bleu condominium is located a walking distance (just 500 m ) to the beautiful south end  of Chaweng Beach in a  neighbourhood with many popular hotels. It  was recently developed by an experienced company, which has successfully completed projects throughout Thailand as well as Cambodia. The Bleu features an asphalted drive not far from Samui's ring road and Chaweng's central road.  Nearby are many facilities and amenities and Samui's major shopping centres are only a 10 minute drive.

The complex is comprised of two four level buildings with 67 apartments of five types. In the area between the blocks  is a curved pool with a childrens' zone and a terrace with sun-beds. There is a reception desk, a park like garden  with an ornamental pond and a gym right at  the centre of the premises.  Guests are guaranteed  access to these facilities. As well as a parking lot, guests receive 24-hour security and a comprehensive service package.

The apartment offered for rent is compact ( total area is 45 sq.m.) and very comfortable. The studio-like living room is divided into three areas: the living area with a comfortable sofa and TV; a kitchen with a fridge,  stove-top and other necessary appliances;  and a dining  alcove for two. The separate bedroom features a king-size double bed and a sliding door wardrobe. Both rooms are air-conditioned. The functional bathroom is fitted with a shower. This apartment is a wonderful option for a young couple with a child under 6 years old:  as the living room sofa is suitable for a child to sleep on.

In peak season rent  from 10 days. Cost of long-term rent can be  provided on request. Discount are available for last minute bookings. 

Terms of payment 50% payable at booking confirmation, the remaining sum payable 4 weeks before check-in.
