Green Hills complex offers a variety of bonuses to the potential investor and/or buyer:

The villas will be managed by the Samui Green Villas Management Company once they have opened their onsite office. The company will make sure the residents and guests of the complex have the time of their lives.

Management services include:

–        shuttle from Samui Green Villas to the airport and beach;

–        maid service;

–        room service;

–        chauffeur and baby sitter service;

–        in-house spa;

–        tours;

–        car and motorbike rental;

–        payment for utilities on behalf of the owner.

The Samui Green Villas Management Company will properly maintain all the communal areas, including gardens, roads and walkways, provide pest control and 24-security, and take care of generators. The management team will also be at your service for a small fee, should you require any maintenance assistance indoors (e.g. with screwing in a light bulb, hanging pictures, etc.). Maintenance fees are 70 THB per sq.m. of the unit per month. Sinking Fund is 500 THB per sq.m. (one-off payment upon transfer).

A sinking fund is there in case a repair or replacement of communal equipment is needed. Every time a certain sum from the sinking fund is spent, each owner is notified thereof and receives confirmation of the repairs/replacement cost. The owner will then have to replenish the fund to make up for the money spent.

The maintenance fee increases on an annual basis in correlation with the increasing maintenance costs and/or inflation rates.
