Construction on the large “Unique” complex situated on the hills looking over Bang Rak began back in 2009 and has been built in several phases. The first phase saw the completion of apartments with stunning views of Bang Rak beach and one of Samui's iconic views of Big Buddha temple. During the third and forth phases, the designs have been reworked bringing them right up-to-date. The over all look fits it with the design concept of the first two phases but the new properties are more spacious and have improved features. The “Unique” complex is close to the airport (just a 3 minute drive) and not far from Samui's most popular beaches (Bang Rak, Bo Phut, and Chaweng) and large supermarkets and shopping centres.

The project is designed in a modern “High Tech” style with clear-cut lines in its architecture, with predominant use of white and light colours both interior and exterior, and generous windows and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors. The simple silhouettes of the buildings match well their overall light and airy look. The developers have used high-quality materials ,finishes and fittings, including quality imported domestic appliances.

The construction of the three storey “Unique” Apartments blocks began in 2015. Services include 24-hour security with video surveillance, a communal pool, a spacious car park and gym. A property management company office is also located on site with staff happy to take care of all the aspects of property maintenance and rent.

The blocks feature three types of units:

First floor: apartments with a total area of 58 to 62 sq.m. with two bedrooms and a direct access to the communal pool. An outdoor terrace adjoining the living room from the pool side has a sliding partition that ensures complete privacy. There are beautiful lawns with tropical plants in front of all private terraces.

Second floor: apartments with a total area of 60 sq.m., one bedroom and sea views. All units feature separate balconies.

Third floor: penthouses with a minimum total area of 113 sq.m., each having a private Jacuzzi on a wide balcony protected by a canopy.

Each unit comes with its own storage (3 sq.m.) and a parking lot in a car park with direct access to a lift.

Apartments in Unique complex are highly sought after with 30% of all units purchased off-the-plan before construction began. Indicated prices are approximate because it depends on a variety of factors specific to each unit. It is believed that on completion of the project, the prices will grow by 35%.
