Four bedroom villa in Samrong bay

In secluded Samrong bay stands a complex of spacious villas with 3­6 bedrooms and one-bedroom studios and 24­ hour security and access to the secluded sandy beach. All fifteen villas of the complex are designed in a contemporary Balinesian style with timber finishes and feature their own pools and private parking lots. Minimarts, markets and the popular Choeng Mon beach are just 2 km from the complex.

The Deluxe villa has a total area of 150 sq.m. and property totaling of 600 sq.m. It is situated just 50 m away from the beach and has four comfortable bedrooms with en­suite shower bathrooms located in two separate pavilions. There is an open plan living room with kitchen. It comes with upholstered furniture, a flatscreen TV, DVD player; the kitchen features a stove­ top, oven, fridge, coffee machine, toaster and tableware. There is a covered patio with sofa and armchairs. A pool is situated in the middle of the property along with a separate childrens' area. All rooms are fitted with air conditioners, fans, and have Internet access.

Guests are offered daily cleaning services and bed linen is changed every three days. The complex offers massage services and a laundry. As with most reef protected bays Samrong Bay is fairly shallow and its sea bed tends to be rocky and covered in dislodged coral. During the wet and cool seasons the water level of the bay is higher.
